The making of an artisan panettone is a true art in patisserie, a complex process that takes several days of work. We do not add any kind of industrial yeast; the panettone is fermented naturally, using a sourdough starter given to us by an Italian master, preserved and propagated for more than 40 years. This explains the difference in flavor and shelf life compared to industrial panettones. The panettone has a shelf life of over a month (without using preservatives). They are made in two sizes, 500 g and 1 kg, and come in an elegant box, ideal for gifting.
