Artisan patisserie with shops in Arnedo and Quel. La Clavelina was born more than 20 years ago, thanks to an entrepreneurial woman, Mª Ángeles de Blas. She opened her first shop in the town of Quel. With the help of her children Alfonso and David, who have followed in her footsteps, in 1996 they decided to take a big step by opening a shop in the neighboring town of Arnedo. Four years later, in 2000, Pastelería La Clavelina went even further, and on February 29th it opened its current premises. A shop of more than 100 m2 on Arnedo's main shopping street, with its own workshop and a spacious patisserie shop and coffee tasting area.
